Fans from upstate NY see Mo standing in line at Santo Domingo Airport in Dominican Republic, Feb. 2019
.
"Robert Lange and his wife, Susan Spring Lange, of Guilderland [near Albany, NY] were returning from a scuba diving week in the Dominican Republic earlier this month. Robert said he couldn't believe his eyes when, in the Santo Domingo airport, he saw retired reliever and Hall of Fame-bound Mariano Rivera in the same security line. "Our whole family, except for an infamous few, are faithful Yankee fans, and I couldn't let the man walk away without some photographic proof. He agreed gracefully, and as soon as I shot, he melted back into the airport crowd. That really made our day, and was a great capper for our week's vacation," he says." via Albany Times-Union
